Bill Howich Marine here in Campbell River is a Tohatsu dealer, or certainly used to be at least. Also, they are a Merc dealer too, so hopefully you should be able to find what you are looking for there. They treated me very well when I bought my Tuff Trailer from them a couple of years ago.
