I had the 1825 version (when they made it). I loved the boat and sometime regret selling it BUT as others have said...she POUNDS. I actually found the 1-2ft chop the worst. It was rock solid and I never felt unsafe even in some pretty decent seas. The scuppers on the front are, in my opinion, not big enough to drain the bow before bad things happen but I the key is to try and avoid those situations. I actually raeally liked the bow set-up as it was a great place to store the traps and make room in the back. Take those bench seats out and she will be a decent nearshore boat!
