Good Morning Monaro Owners!
We would like to bring to your attention that one of our fellow Monaro
owners unfortunately had his boat stolen Sunday Sept.7 at or early morning Monday Sept.8
from Clutesi Haven Marina in Port Alberni. Attached are some pictures of
the boat and below is a description:
Location where Stolen: Clutesi Haven Marina, Port Alberni
Boat: Monaro 24' Hard Top 1989
Colour: White hull with Black & Grey Bottom Paint. Light Grey with Burgundy
pin striping on top of hull. **Bottom paint probably a different colour
now**
Name: "Salmonaddict". Located under the port and starboard windows but
has probably been removed **You may if be able to see where the name was
(if removed already)**
Powered By: 225 hp Mercury Optimax & 9.9 hp Mercury
Canvas: Slope back (cream/white colour)
Fenders: White
Registration Number: 13K 97892 . Located on the port and starboard hull under the window but has probably been removed **You may be able to see where the numbers were if removed already**
Serial Number: ZQPOM407A989 (Located at the starboard transom) ** probably
removed**
IF YOU HAPPEN TO SEE THIS MONARO WHILE CRUISING OR SEE IT IN A MARINA, PLEASE CALL THE POLICE.
