Steering binding+kicker tilt sticky.

I am looking for a recommendation for someone in the Victoria area to do a couple of jobs for me on my boat. 1)Replace my steering cable on 1902 Trophy. Its a bugger because of tight access holes in the cuddy and at the transom.
2)Repace tilt mechanism on 9.9 Yammaha kicker.
I need someone who is top notch. Not fly by night.
Anybody have a name and number in Victoria???? thanks

Re the Yamaha: just curious if it's a hydraulic tilt cylinder, or a manual lift type?
One of mine got real tight with age and corrosion, had to turf it.

Yamaha 9.9 and 4 stroke. manual lift. I Love this little motor. Super dependable and worth keeping for me. SG Power quote was $250 parts and 3 hours labour so=$600
