fished a small creek today with good success landing 2 nice wints one 4 pounds the other 6-7ish.......both on pink worms!........buddy lost one in a fast section on a spin n glo...was a good day after school..well im out

yeah salmonspanker sounds like some good medicine for the hangover ill probably be having..nothing better than a nice chromer when your hung<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>, thinking of hitting up the stamp on monday, think it will definatley be worth the look then, well im going out

somebody i know had good success at the confluence yesterday.....pretty sure they said 8 fish, might have been 6, they were fishin from a boat though, meatbeater n me goin searchin this afternoon, apperently from what the guys told me they didnt start hitting fish till 1 in the afternoon they got nothing all morning.so makin it an afternoon trip today well im out peace

Hit the Stamp the other day with a good friend Gary H. We usually fish the cowie this time of year, but Gary wanted to try his new raft so off we went. On this day i was trying my new spey rod out with little success until we came to the clay banks. Gary set us up on the other side so i could lay a steelys nightmare across and into the slot. Fished for about 10 minutes when this older model sled came into the hole i was fishing. The 2 newbies up front had on matching bare suits and looked like they had never used a rod before. We didn't say much to them as they were lowering bait down the slot with no success. I was still able to get the fly in just below them when sure enough 12 lbs of chrome exploded skyward right infront of them, 10 minute battle and it came to hand. Gary was up next and after 3 cast he was into one, another nice fish to the boat. After that we headed down with no success, but when we were down river we started seeing Tim Horton's coffee cups floating down, when will those sled guys learn. I am not much of a fly guy but thanks for a great day Gary.

Sounds like steal man has a problem with small streams/rivers .
Get a life he was just chattin about it.

low!havent been out since sunday but the water was way down. 3 for 3 though but really had to work and search for them.

yeah fished today got 2 nice steelies had to work hard for them alot of walking, hittin up the same area tomorrow sometime, well anyways time fer bed

went saturday lost 4 landed none crapy odds....o well bad comes with the good, me n salmon spanker hittin it up tomorrow after school.
