I think you can get it running. If not its a good parts motor. All I ask is that you take it home before you "check it over." I want to save myself the hassle of having people come and look at it.
If you know somebody who really needs it and cant afford one that would be best.

It was thrown in with the purchase of a boat, the previous owner claims he had never tried to start it. It doesn't pull freely.
