Sell or Trade - Stainless steel outriggers

I am hoping some of the tuna fishing guys might be able to use these? I am looking to
get 2 Scotty electric downriggers, would be willing to partial trade for downriggers or
just sell outright.

They are custom, stainless, come with lines, great shape no damage. Open
to reasonable offers.

whats the length and dia of the butts in " please
and telescopic or take a part // fixed ..... what length do they come down to

wildthing, the outriggers are 17 feet long and the butt in dia is 1 and 3/4 inch.
