Time to buy one. Today for the second time this month people have been in my carport.

What would you buy? Trail cam, video cam, multiple video cam set up.

One that lights up or stays dark/night vision? I don't want to give them light if its only going to help them finish the job.

What should I do?

Get a dropcam and pay the subscription fee. I don't know what the Canadian prices are but in the states the camera is $150 and the annual subscription is $99. What you get is a camera that connects wireless to your internet router and send video to a cloud based server. For the $99 subscription 7 days of video is stored and you can rapidly scan through the video to "events" (changes in the scene).

Got everything but the digital cam.

See I just don't want a flash going off every time some walks by my house. Not from the shotgun but a camera. I know nothing about cameras or what kind of picture or video I will get. What I will be looking at for costs.

What should I do? Been reading online all evening, dam I need a drink.
