PSF was the first hog to the trough with their hands out for the Rec fish enhancement money the Harper Conservatives gave out in exchange for ENGOs to keep their mouths shut about the gutting of the Fisheries Act and Habitat Policy and lack of action to address any of the Cohen Commission recommendations. Sad.
