Have a friend who got offered a job guiding at Rodgers lodge either running one of their boats or his own. Anybody worked for them or been contracted out for them?

I don't believe they ended up buying any.

i have met the owner about septic work and the set up there,, never talked to any employees, glad they did not buy quota.

I think the sewage goes strait into the chuck, as the bloom growth around the lodge is brutal. was a half nightmare to clean the hull of the boat after last summer.

sometimes takes a while to get paid. make sure you invoice regularly

Three boats canopy's supports keep failing

boats are quality though, pursuits etc..

just make sure to check bilge pumps/ lights etc.. a guide makes his boat the way he wants. You can be a **** show, or you can be a clean freak like me.

if your boat fails at sea, its your fault.
