Prospect lake

Spent the afternoon fishing on prospect lake. There were dozens of small farmed domestics hitting anything you chose to use. There must have been a recent planting. Did get a larger farmed rainbow that was stocked in the spring. Very feisty little guys - a great place for the kids.

No, we were in a boat. I don't think Prospect is the best lake for shore access. There is better shore fishing access at Elk/Beaver, Langford and Thetis lakes.

fished on Prospect Lake and boated 15" and 14 half" rainbows. Several bites....I was using hardware.

4 16" ers' today off bottom. Didn't taste very good though. Even my grandmother thought they seemed sour. I'm not going to eat from there again.

Prospect is to close to Heartland Dump! Dont eat te fish there!

I was told by a few oldtimers!
