Got a good brine recipe/instructions for canning? If the weather is too bad for hali next weekend it can be done between the maritime garage sale and Sidney boat show.

Cold smoke for an hour. Put in jars. 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp lemon juice. Sometimes I add a touch of olive oil if the fish isn't fatty enough.
