Great way to keep track of what ur up to eh. Tha technology could get some people into trouble for sure.
Really though it is a good idea for anyone going out on the water or into the back country, so that your emergency contacts can locate you (especially if they are not familiar with the area that you are going to).
This technology would have been great for that little girl back east (Toronto I think) a while back that was kidnapped from her school, they would have been able to locate her within minutes instead of days/weeks, maybe even had a chance to save her. This type of technology has great benefits if put to use.
