'Moose rider' caught on YouTube video charged

To bad they can't revoke the offenders right to reproduce. Seems like only stupid people are breeding.
 
That's one way of looking at it I guess. These clowns are definitely unemployable, so I guess in the long run they will be saving on our social welfare system. Death does seem a little harsh a penalty though. Better to just prevent another generation of jackasses from over populating the earth.
