I'd like to explore Cowichan Lake a bit this year, and something called the "Cowichan Troll" sounds like the right gear.

went to long lake went to the far side of the lake and threw out 4 rods to spinning and 2 fly and trolled and the way down the lake and back and not even a bite[V]so we might go out in a float tube or a canoe within a week or so

I was up in Welburnes this week end, Cresent lk. Whom ever was camping there left all their empties and garbage all over the place i, including some cowsKunt dirty rags. If I catch those *******s I will beat them with a twoweekybeater. Bloody outraged and will carry out my threats.

Spent two hours on Long lake on Sunday with a fly line and a spinner, not a bite, and very little on the fishfinder. 5 other bosts around without any action that I could see.
