left overs tomorrow night

Got some cook halibut and some cook prawns left over... Any good suggestion on what I should make tomorrow night?

After seeing the smoked one on the Christmas dinner thread I can't get it off my mind.

Thinking I know what I am go to be smoking New Years eve day

u bet.... Just never used the hali before in before..

Alfredo works with almost any leftover seafood. My favorite is Sockeye Alfredo, when there is any left over. Usually cook 2 fillets at a time and my kids inhale it, very rare to have leftover sockeye. Might have to try it with smoked sockeye some time.

ya the sockeye ends up in sandwich's the next day then done..
