Leaky Toilet

Saw some water on the floor of my cuddy and it looks like its comin from the toilet. I have never used it and I dont think it ever leaked before. There is a valve up there somewhere that is siezed. The thru hull fitting looks old and I might as well replace it too. Any tips or advice would be great. Thanks BRS

something froze during the winter,, better pull it and check for hairline cracks in fittings, bowl, lines etc....

Thanks TW the bowl was full of water and I had to pump it out. BRS

Put Valves by the in/out through hull too
