Kokish River Run of River Project and effects on fish

Hey,

I am interested in the effects of run-of-river hydro facilities on fish. I heard there was alot of resistance to the Kokish project due to it's harmful effects to fish. Now that it is completed I am wondering if anyone has any information on it's effects.

The Kokish projects website released it's 2013 fisheries study in December. The study shows that fish are able to pass by the intake and reports good numbers of a variety of species. Though I can't see any past years data to compare it to.
