Kicker rebuild

Started the tear down of the Yamaa 9.9 Hi Thrust yesterday. Not much left hanging on the boat now.
Got the power head,upper and lower cases all off.
Replacing the oil pan ,all gaskets and seals, the upper case and the water pump unit complete .
Figured I might as well do as much as possible if I have it torn down that much...
I just hope I have no left over parts when complete.Yikes..
Hard to believe I got it all part without breaking a bolt..
Now if I knew how to add pictures??

Well, finally got it all back together...Huge improvement in telltale water volumne, no oil leaking out the exhaust,no broken bolts and most important,no spare nuts or bolts!!! LOL
Just in time for a few test trips for sturgeon next week then off to Bamfield on the 25th...

Nice work. I'm going to be doing my honda 8 in October. I'm waiting for the end of the season...
