ISO Richmond / Ladner August boat parking

Since it looks like I wont be able to make it over to the island this season, I was wondering if anyone had yard space or knows of a storage place to keep a 16' boat.
I'm trying not to drive all the way from Mission to hit the sandheads area for the month of August when springs open. The back and forth of hauling a boat 3 hrs a day takes some of the fun out things.

Does the steveston harbour authority allow small boat storage as that could be an option aswell.
