ISO 3500 pickup truck

I am looking for a new or low km 3500 / 350 to 5500 / 550 or equivalent, 4wd pickup to be used by a fire department as a snow plow and possible wildfire truck.
I am also looking for pricing on:
8.5 ft plow
1.5 yard polymer spreader. New or lightly used.
Class six skid unit. Minimum requirements are a pump capable of 30GPM at 100 PSI and a tank capable of holding a
minimum of 150 Gallons.

Low km would be under 150 km
I'm not sure that a short box would work due to the class 6 skid unit requirement. I will check with the committee.

My sister has a 2022 Ram 3500 diesel Laramie crew cab in white she wants to sell with only 4500kms on it. She decided to go for a mega cab instead.
