Howe Sound Prawning

Not 100% sure but as per my understanding, prawning in Howe sound(28-1 to 28-5) closes to prawning from Jan1 to March31 depending on the fall prawning spawner testing results. Does anyone know if the results from this year's fall testing will result in a closure on Jan 1st?

I was told it was closed in 2019 from Jan1 to mar31. Does anyone know if most years testing results in this 3 month closure or whether the closure we have in 2019 was a rare event? Once again I am mainly referring to 28 areas 1 to 5.

So if I read it right, the only area of 28 that is closed for the 3 month is 28-3? All other subareas of 28 are open then?
