hahah nice ! that guy is a pro his face is like wah ! ... scales everywhere oh man good laugh .. i will be bringing my drill to bamfield and see the reaction on everyones face at the cleaning table ..
why scale a fish? I never do.Its allways has the skin removed at table fair.The added protection from frezzer burn is great.identifing fish in frezzer is easyer.you might have to modify your cooking methods by not scaling your fish.If i seen somone disrespecting a work station by making someone else clean the scales off the location after they been throwen everywhere. (scales stick to everything untill you find each one)
