High or Low Tide in Sooke

Sunday 06-07 Full Moon
Sunrise 0514, Sunset 2113
Moonset 0443, Moonrise 2149
High Tide: 0039 3.1
Low Tide: 0918 0.5

Going out tomorrow, but with the weather brewing up tom. afternoon may need to go in the morning... Strong Ebb Tides likely.

Here is the question just a general discussion. I always find top of the flood good, but low tides in sooke not very productive. Maybe there is a trick to this.

Is this always the case? Thoughts??
 
You have to figure out which spots produce better on the ebb or which once rarely produce. Floods are generally the best but fish are caught on the ebb. It is just more critical to pick the right spot. I'll give you hint. Salmon will look for a section of water where they won't use a lot of energy waiting for the tide to swing to the flood.
