Halibut harpoon placement

I can see the advantage of the arrow shaped harpoon tip, so where can they be purchased?

i was wondering if a modified muzzy bowfishing head would work well...super tough head and sharp ...i have a buddy who goes to florida every year bowfishing for aligators and shoots them with muzzys and all over 10 foot long....just wondering thats all, you know throwing that out there chumming the harpoon waters ...honestly though being from s ont wtf do i know.
