Goin fishin' off Vic, but were?

So I have a window of opportunity to get out tomorrow morning for a troll about. Weather and tide looks good but my gut isn't telling me where, and the Victoria reports don't point to anywhere thats hot. So what do you guys think? The Flats, breakwater, or Constance? Sand lance, hootchies (white or green), or herring strip?

From my experience last weekend, I would say Oak Bay is not your best bet...
although we all know that can change day to day.
If the wind is light, probably worth trying Constance.
