In 270 win low round count has a few handling marks bluing is 90% made in the USA, burris rings and bases, burris fullfield II 3x9 bal plex also made in the USA. Shell holder and sling included, I dont hunt anymore and have eye problems, can hit a looney @ 100 yards with all 3 loads, will be very sad to see it go. Need it gone
