Up for sale is a Scotty 1027 rail mount for downriggers. Used for about half a season. Comes with 5/8" Plastic bearing block (which is not included when you buy it) as per the instructions, however Scotty recommends plywood, which is no good on boats, so it's a heavy duty piece of plastic/ butcher block 
Had some mounts welded to the boat, so have no use for this anymore. Works fine. Comes with all hardware that is included when purchased new.
Pictures below, plastic was sprayed black (plasti-dip) to match.
$30 firm, located on the mainland. Can be picked up in Coquitlam, or Poco. Or shipped via buyers choice of shipper (Preferably Greyhound, or Canada Post - Purchaser to pay all shipping costs) after receiving cleared payment.
