Picked up a second flex fold trap, sold and designed in Sidney yesterday. How do others like them? I love them, out crab some of the other traps I’ve tried.
How do you store you crab line And bouys if you take it off your traps? I was thinking bucket, but it might be a little small. I like to have at least a 100 feet each line and like to have two bouys just to keep them floating when the current is strong.
Possibly a milk crate, for storage on the hard top, but still with bouys it seems to small.
In the past I just keep the line in the traps but want to fold them up for space savings when out with the family and running out to Bamfield and the times when it is clear the crabbing is poor.
