This family has a 54 and 60 Minn Kota Riptide trolling motors, I think they are 24v but short on details even in person, and a couple of HP downriggers in Victoria. 1500-2000 for the motors and maybe asking 1k each for the HP downriggers. Make them 50" and throw the swivel in the bag.
Too many small fish and closed species to use two hooks, imo.
P-line and Gibbs skirts catch fish, but Yamashita/Goldenbait/Silver Horde, North Pacific, and Yo-zuri are sexier.

50” hootchie rig? that’s. loooooooong. do you just mean so ppl can cut to their own desired length? i don’t troll much any more but i personally like hootchies bouncing all over the place so i prefer short like the OP is making

Depends on the boat and what is running on the other rod. Just saying anyone needing to purchase pre-tied might not have the skills to re-snell a longer piece, so cost wise, it wouldn't hurt to start longer.
