EV's and Strata's

Just take **** and abuse. We never made quorum once for our annual gm meetings always under 25%. One year they never raised the strata fees because everyone complained. New it was gonna end up with us paying anyways, sure enough 1000 dollar special levey to replenish the contingency fund. Everyone complained about that too because it happened around Christmas time and it was “unexpected”

Repairs pretty much were determined by what was in the depreciation report.

We experience the lack of engagement as well, but it has certainly improved in the 11 years we've owned our unit. We just hang in there and do our best to represent the best interests of the ownership group.

There is a lot of good stuff about condo living, but you get out what you put in.
