Hi Guys.I'll be in Victoria this coming friday from Manitoba,was wondering what the Bass fishing is like on Elk lake right now and locations.I will not have a boat so shore fishing is what I have to do.I'll be stopping at Island Outfitters to check on other updates as they usually have good info there.Thanks!

Fairly late in the year for Small Mouth, maybe focus your attention on trout. The shorecasters on Elk do produce fish. Powerbait or salmon eggs. Good Luck!

Thanks Tyee it worked out that i did not get anytime to cast a line while I was on the Island,drove by Elk a few times did see guys fishing off shore with boats and shore fishing highway side.NM
