east coast stuff for west coast fishing

In my opinion the whole "fly" craze from the eastern salmon fisheries will be hitting the left coast soon. It has already started with the Ace Hi Flies from SH.
I've done alot of research and talked with alot of guys this past spring and I have formed the opinion that they could be a very productive lure.
The colour and action looks like a hootchie on steroids and we all know how popular hootchies have become over the years.
I have yet to start my Sooke/WCVI fishing this summer but certainly have a selection of the Ace tied up with 50# flouro and tandem 5/0 gammy's to murder a few smilies!
