I made this for Islandgirl and she thought it was worthy to put on here.
30 jumbo prawns (peeled)
2 Tablespoons Kirkland Sweet Mesquite Rub (Costco)
1/8 cup tequila
Place the above in a ziplock bad and shake it up real good. Place in refrigerator for a couple of hours. Give it a good shake again, and pour contents into frying pan. Cook until opaque....do not overcook.
No reason why you can't do them on the barbecue as well.
