Regs say illegal to sell or buy Salmon.

Natives harvest salmon and do sell it,really I dont have a problem with that,however if I wish to buy fresh Sockeye its illegal for me or any one else to do so,right? Who gets charged? yes the buyer.

I would like to buy fresh Sockeye other then store provided. If I find a boat offering fresh sockeye coho whatever is that legal or not legal? All Iknow for sure is if I find a outlet in the Fraser Valley ie native, its illegal. I dont get it.
Perhaps some one can explain this to me TX
