I purchased the Thriftys lean beef and made burgers the meat was excellent and nice and juicy with that little more fat in the meat.
More burger weather coming up so I will be back to pick up some more.

For some reason it’s pretty hard to find locally for me anyways…located in Vancouver

I've gone on that same quest. I gave up and substituted a nice dry cured spanish chorizo cut real thin. The one that is more like salami not the raw sausage. Pepperoni is basically an american interpretation of salami.

My uncle pizza says saputo. But I think that's only available through a wholesaler.
