Custom rubber anti skid dash pad

Looking to have a custom anti skid dash pad made for the boat. I currently use that table top thin anti skid rubber material. I want something more substancial and fitted precisely. Any ideas on who makes custom dash pads? I don’t mind ordering on line if needed.
