So, a little assistance as to maybe when on crabing/prawning is best time?[8D]


p.s. does anyone have any problems out this way with others picking your traps or even stealing them??? unfortunately near the mainland, it is very common.

Go into the store at the French Creek Marina and ask. They're helpful on the local fishing.

serenity, where are you located?
Seems to me there are trap thieves every where.Cow bay,Beecher bay, crofton, renfrew and many places through out the Gulf Islands. Have had myself or had friends who have had traps stolen and /or tampered with in all these areas. Its the same here as the mainland.
I'm thinkin it may be a little easier to get rid of a body here if you caught them.
