Crabbing in Tofino

We are excited to be visiting Tofino again this year. Just wondering if anyone tried crabbing in Tofino?
We have our tide licenses already it would be nice if we get any of our own seafood and have some fun with our kids in the meanwhile.

But if anyone is from Tofino or know a location where we can catch some crabs with a just a Casting Crab Trap as We don't have a boat.

If you don’t have a boat then the outside finger of the 4th street dock, where the boat ramp is would be you’re best bet. Just be sure to double check the size as the DFO officers visit there often
