CR Prawning?

Well, cancelled the steelhead trip this weekend to kill some prawns. Any pointers for the areas around Campbell River? I've consulted the regs so I know where not to go. But that still leaves a lot of area.

Is most of the area not closed? I have seen many people from up that way down here prawning and not doing that good. Hey, but if you want to go Tuesday morning or after let me know.

I'd love to go Tuesday morning, but I'm locked into a 9-5 now. The Powell River side is closed, but our side is still open, as far as I can tell. We'll take a crack at is and hopefully get into some.

Hey S2, Haven't checked the regs yet since I'm not headed out but most of the folks I've met here all hit the far side of Quadra. There's a nice drop off that runs up most of that side of the island. FA and I went out once in the fall. 360 in 4 hours. Good luck.
