Im heading to cowichan lake for 4 days. Can anybody tell me whats happening with the fish in there right now? Are they deep/shallow, what are they feeding on? exc...

just spent 4 days fishing lake cowichan,lots of rainbows and cutties.fish the river and creek mouths(shaw cottonwood nixon all produced) right on the bottom all fish we caught were 2-3 lbs just using a worm and orange powerbait berries
we were just fishing off shore
