There was an open public display today..
From what I have gathered..
Parking for boats and trailers will be reduced...30-65%
There will be a single lane traffic from parking to the boat launch. NO TWO WAY TRAFFIC..not enought room.. since the road is right next to the hotel.
THERE WILL NOT BE A REFERENDUM HELD ON THIS....SINCE TOWN COUNCIL SAYS THEY WERE ELECTED BY THE MAJORITY TO MAKE THIS DECISON...
So if you live or work in the comox valley NOW is the time to let yourself be heard!! Or we may have a WORSE BOAT Launch..than we already have...for a town that calls itself..Comox by the Sea!!
