Commercial Prawn Float found

Commercial Prawn Float found, 5-7 Miles off Discovery Island in a bed of kelp. I called Finest at Sea and it was not one of theirs. Its a big orange ball with PRN 29842 and a small white float with L. Sabre PRN 29842 on it. Looking to give back to boat owner for some prawns.

Ok this might be easy if Fisheries and Oceans can help out. I found what I think is a commercial prawn buoy in Area 29-1, near the mouth of Chaster Creek (near Gibsons) Polyform A2 with PRN 312915 marked on it. If anyone knows who that is, have them contact me
