A bunch of went to chuangen for 4 days fishing released many 12-14 inchers. kept few 20 and up, super time cold and some early snow.Fish deep, worms and wedding rings,small froggie hot shots.

Hi Poppa,No the chaunagan where i was at is about 100 miles east of williams lake on the mainland.According to the GPS it was 4890 ft.in alt.Breezy and cold but great fishing

Sounds like a great trip! I'm not familiar with that lake. How big is the lake and can you drive there or is it fly in only?
