Man it is odd how some of us think alike on here, I was thinking about his absence the other day myself!

Charlie is one of the several on this forum who provided me with countless hours of reading and re-assessing my opinions on things and I'm sure he's done the same for 100's of others. We can't afford to lose such valuable contributors as they are the ones that make this forum such a good resource for all things fishing. Hopefully he's just off on a fishing trip somewhere without reception

On the other end of things it's a shame that there are a few people on here who seem determined to de-rail any productive/informative thread with abusive behavior or unsubstantiated claims. It's understandable why some good people/contributors would be turned off by the non-stop gibberish that comes forth from some people's keyboards. Let's hope the new forum rules allow for more civilized debate and the free flow of information from the valued contributors we have remaining.
