Thinkin 5 ml might be better for my seafood , im using the 3ml for general meats , stuff that gets eaten quicker

I fought with top of the line cabelas branded sealer for years. The cost of the bags coupled with the frustration of how finicky it was, I wish I would have bought a chamber sealer years ago. I use mostly 4mil bags and they are about $30-60 per 1000 depending on size. For the serious sportsmen they are a great tool! Here is a good source for bags

wow those are some crazy cheap prices on bags. My neighbor is complaining about how cheap i am i might have to buy him some bags to shut him up for a bit and get some more treats lol.
Btw you can seal a whole fillet with most chamber sealers. You just have the fish fillet and most of the ribbed style bag outside the chamber and it will seal just like regular vac machine. I buy the ribbed style bags in bulk roll here. $8 for 8”x 50’ roll and $9 for 11.5”x 50’ roll.
