Brand New 5 Bed 4 Bath Modern Deep Cove House With Income Suite

Looks beauty..... My long-time girlfriend and I are looking hard on moving to Victoria from Vancouver. She doesn't like driving though so need to get something more central to the city.

Not a whole lot on the market right now though. Seems like slim pickings.

I made every choice on this house in terms of colours, fixtures, materials used etc. I even designed the concrete retaining wall planter boxes (not cheap!)

I immersed myself in this project for the better part of a year and i’m very proud to showcase my style, and I appreciate the nice feedback!

I will build every house in the future with the same passion and attention to detail. I style them the way I would want them if I was moving into them myself.
 
We are still hunting over there. That place was beyond my budget by a bit.

It has been just bonkers though closer to Victoria. Houses going for way more than what we thought they'd go for. Put in what we and the realtor thought were some good offers, but have been outbid by some hefty amounts no conditions.

Think we might postpone and what see what happens with supply.
