Bradley Smoker whats the best way?

I have a wireless temp probe. Use it on my Brinkman Offset smoker and on the Traeger. Works great. The one I bought a few years ago was maybe $40. I use it when cooking chicken to check internal temps. Would have to check to see the brand and model.

I have messed around A LOT with the Bradley's smoking salmon.
Hoping to save others the price of the learning curve, I posted my steps on this site.
Super easy, quite quick, and NO sticking of salmon to racks.

Can you share more details on this mod?

And does anyone use a wireless or bluetooth temp probe with alarm to monitor your smoker temp? I can't justify the Auberins since I only do a few batches of salmon a year, but would like to improve my methods and my understanding is temp control is very important. In the past it has gone "out of range" on me a few times and it cooked the salmon a little too quickly. I think an alarm or display would help me catch this and make adjustments to the vent/door, or burner.

better write up here then I could post

before I got the auberins I used a maverick remote smoker monitor, worked well
