I'd say that's reasonable if it's tidy. The 2009 yam is out of the bad corrosion years. I don't see a 16" screen anywhere... Not much for details.
The trailer looks a little undersized, but the hull looks great. Seating could use a refresh. Radar is on it but not mentioned. Not much for sale in the 21-25 foot range on craigslist with an outboard. It looks good in comparison to this, but of course, it has much newer power.

There used to be a bit of a death row on the hard for derelict boats at that marina, I thought they cleaned it up. That hull is a throw away in my opinion.
Its been winterized though so no worries good as new
Walkerized ones of course, want to rip through her in record time
