No but let's hope it is a good start that spreads. This California Sea Lion thing got it's start down here in Everett when some WSU biologist started feeding them back in the 70's; thought they would be a good tourist attraction. My theory is they are really smart & when the 30 cal's start popping the rest will get the hint. At the Ballard locks, the natives set gill nets in the bay & they come to feast from the nets.
